Jason Paltrowitz

Jason Paltrowitz joined OTC Markets Group in 2013 as a consultant and was hired in April 2014 as Executive Vice President, Corporate Services. He is responsible for all international and domestic Corporate Services new business and relationship management. Prior to joining OTC Markets Group, Mr. Paltrowitz was Managing Director and Segment Head at JP Morgan Chase & Co. where he managed the custody, clearing and collateral management business in the Corporate and Investment Bank division. He began his career at Bank of New York Mellon Corp. serving in multiple senior management positions, most notably as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions for the Financial Markets and Treasury Services Sector and Head of the Global Capital Markets Group in the Depositary Receipt Division where he served 11 years. Mr. Paltrowitz was a member of the Board of Directors of OTC Markets Group from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Paltrowitz holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Boston University and received his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
