James Black

James Black joined the CSE in 2009 and develops programs to attract and service newly listed companies.

James is responsible for managing the CSE’s listing development program, both domestically and internationally, by positioning the CSE as an optimal destination for companies seeking a North American exchange listing. James’ focus is on building the CSE’s reputation as an exchange that offers the highest quality service and value to both entrepreneurial and maturing businesses.

His team works continually to spotlight listed companies and sectors of interest through the CSE’s multiple publication channels, including CSE TV, CSE Magazine, social media, conferences, industry events, and more.

Prior to joining the CSE, James worked at the National Angel Capital Organization where he administered national networking and thought leadership events for angel investors.

James holds a B.Comm. in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Toronto Metropolitan University.
