Western Uranium & Vanadium Corp is a near-term producer that acquired uranium and vanadium mineral assets in western Colorado and eastern Utah from Energy Fuels Inc. in August 2014 and acquired addition uranium properties and ablation technology through the acquisition of Black Range Minerals Limited in September 2015. The operational head office is located in Nucla, Colorado under the leadership of George Glasier, Founder, President and CEO.

Homeland Uranium Inc. (‘Homeland’) was incorporated in December 2006 under the Ontario Business Corporations Act. During 2014, the Company acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Pinon Ridge Mining LLC ("PRM"), a Delaware limited liability company. The transaction constituted a reverse takeover of Homeland by PRM. After obtaining appropriate shareholder approvals, the Company subsequently reconstituted its Board of Directors and senior management team and changed its name to Western Uranium Corporation. At the 2018 Annual General Meeting in acknowledgement of the increasing importance of its vanadium resources, Western's shareholders approved a corporate name change to Western Uranium & Vanadium Corp. that was implemented in October 2018.

The Company has registered offices at 330 Bay Street, Suite 1400, Toronto, Ontario M5H 2S8. It’s common shares are listed in Canada on the Canadian Stock Exchange (“CSE”) under the symbol “WUC” as well as in the United States on the OTCQX Best Market under the symbol “WSTRF”. Its principal business activity is the acquisition and development of uranium and vanadium resource properties located in the western region of the United States of America ("USA").
