Rise owns the past producing Idaho-Maryland Gold Mine located near Grass Valley, California USA.

Idaho-Maryland is a major past producing high grade gold mine. It produced a total of 2,414,000 oz gold with an average mill head grade of 0.50oz/ton (~17g/t). It was producing up to 129,000 oz gold per year before being forced to shut down by the U.S. government in 1942.

In 1940 the United States Geological Survey was denied access to the mine. The full details of the geology, mine workings, and exploration discoveries of this major gold deposit have never been published from the mine.
