• Spend capital and exploration dollars wisely as needed make new discoveries in lithium, uranium, nickel- copper- cobalt, gold, and other valuable metals;
• Maximize shareholder value for its investors and work with committed and responsible long-term partners by exploring its mineral properties to their fullest potential, by way of equity financing, joint ventures, option agreements or other responsible corporate business practices.
