An Entrepreneur and investor at his core, Nick has been situated at the intersection of building businesses, angel investing, raising capital, and helping small-cap companies tell their story.

From his experience in the small-cap industry, it became evident that a glaring gap in the market place existing between millennials wanting to invest and their knowledge of the small-cap space. Information on small-cap investing was highly sought after and constantly requested by his peers, yet no comprehensive resources existed.

This need was the basis upon which Edge Investments was created. Teaming up with longtime friends and entrepreneurs Kev and Rory turned this idea into a business and the leading educational hub for millennial investors, Edge Investments, began. 

Nick's angel investing fund, Purple Fin Ventures, consists of 14 portfolio companies that are industry agnostic, yet focus on superior entrepreneurs and teams that share collective values.
