Hamutal Yitzhak is a serial entrepreneur who dedicated a major part of her professional life in the infant & child nutrition space to making life giving health food more accessible and available to the public, developing and producing specialty foods that are clean, honest and as natural as possible, supplying the community with healthier food that is healing rather than disease forming.

Hamutal is the CEO & Co- founder of ELSE nutrition GH ltd. which developed INDI- world's first 100% plant based dairy and soy free infant formula , providing the first alternative after over 100 years, to controversial cow's milk and soy. Hamutal, also Co- founded Golden Heart f.m.c.g ltd, producing HEART2 vegan health baby snacks – Israel's leading brand in the category .

Prior to that Hamutal held various senior management positions within global healthcare companies, specialising in infant and child nutrition, among other positions head of infant nutrition at Abbott Labs. Israel. She also led the campaign and public awareness against the use of baby bottles containing the chemical Bisphenol A in the early 2000s and offered consumers the first safe alternative in this area.
