Rio Silver Inc. is a Canadian-based resource company with a mandate to acquire, explore and develop precious and base metal deposits in the Americas. The Company is currently working at its KAN property in northern Quebéc where it is exploring for gold mineralization hosted in iron formations, as well as for high grade lead, zinc, silver exhalative targets. It is also currently conducting an exploration program at its Niñobamba silver property in Peru. Management believes that it can add shareholder value through strategic property acquisition, effective and efficient exploration, and sound financial management.
