Element 29 Resources Inc.

Element 29 Resources Inc. (E29) is a new copper company with a highly experienced management team and board. E29 is focused on Elida and Flor de Cobre - two new high quality copper projects in Peru, located at lower elevations in Peru (<2,700 meters), close to coast, good access to roads and power lines, and benefiting from strong community support.

Both projects are drill-tested porphyry copper systems with consistent and continuous copper mineralization containing important molybdenum credits intersected over lengths ranging from 200 to 500 meters.

E29's corporate objectives include development of a large economically viable copper portfolio and evaluating low-cost near-term copper production opportunities at Flor de Cobre located in the Southern Peru Copper Belt, one of the world's larger copper producing districts.

E29 has a clear plan of value creation through delivery of mineral resource estimates for Elida and Flor de Cobre in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 followed by engineering studies for both properties.
