The new claims at the Joutel Project cover geophysical anomalies from a 2012 VTEM survey. Historical diamond drilling in this area has identified anomalous nickel, silver, copper, zinc and gold associated with geophysical anomalies.

In the Ring of Fire area of northern Ontario, Bold owns a 10% Carried Interest in the Black Horse Chromite NI 43-101 Inferred Resource of 85.9 Mt grading 34.5% Cr2O3 at a cut-off of 20% Cr2O3 (KWG Resources Inc., NI 43-101 Technical Report, Aubut 2015). Bold also holds a 40% working interest in all other metals and a right of first refusal on a 1% Net Smelter Return covering all production from the claim group (Koper Lake – Ring of Fire). Bold also holds 873 claim cells/boundary cells comprising 16,785 hectares or approximately 41,475 acres (the “Bold Ring of Fire Claims”) covering airborne VTEM geophysical anomalies.
