Sanjeev Chawla is a serial entrepreneur and has extensive experience in building companies in telecommunication, healthcare, and networking domains. Prior to founding AGNITY, he had cofounded BayPackets, a provider of IMS compliant Service Delivery Platform and Applications to Global Tier 1 Carriers. In 2006, BayPackets was acquired by GENBAND, a global leader in IP infrastructure solutions, and Sanjeev served as the GENBAND CTO post-acquisition. AGNITY was founded in 2008, and he incubated a healthcare start-up focused on secure contextual communication and collaboration a couple of years later. Sanjeev launched AGNITY Healthcare as a separate company in 2013; he serves as the Executive Chairman of AGNITY Healthcare Inc. In prior roles, he managed the development and launch of Society of Worldwide Inter-bank Financial Telecommunication (S.W.I.F.T) - the world's biggest and secured financial messaging network. Sanjeev holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree from Indian Institute of Technology, India.
