Morien Announces Quarterly Dividend

HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA--(Marketwired - March 12, 2018) - Morien Resources Corp. ("Morien" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:MOX), is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has declared a dividend of $0.0025 (one quarter of one cent) per common share for the first quarter of 2018. The dividend will be paid on March 29, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 26, 2018.
