Mundoro Closes Private Placement

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Nov. 30, 2017) - Mundoro Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MUN), (www.mundoro.com) ("Mundoro" or the "Company") has now closed a private placement for $1,317,589 through the issue of 9,759,917 units at a price of $0.135 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of a share purchase warrant, with each full warrant exercisable to acquire a common share at a price of $0.20 for a term of three years.
