Crystal Peak Minerals Inc. Announces Grant of Stock Options

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Nov. 14, 2017) - Crystal Peak Minerals Inc. ("Crystal Peak" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CPM)(OTCQX:CPMMF) announced today that it has granted options to purchase common shares of the Company ("Options") to certain directors, consultants, and employees; and has issued Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to certain directors. Crystal Peak granted an aggregate of 750,000 options to certain directors of the Company; an aggregate of 450,000 options to consultants of Crystal Peak or of the Company's subsidiary; and an aggregate of 650,000 options to employees of the Company's subsidiary; and an aggregate of 4,081,609 RSUs to certain directors.
