Lydian Receives $25 Million First Advance Under Term Loan Facility

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 4, 2017) - Lydian International Limited (TSX:LYD) ("Lydian" or "the Company") is pleased to announce it has received the first advance of $25 million under the term loan with Orion Co IV (ED) Limited ("Orion") and Resource Capital Fund VI L.P. ("RCF") (the "Term Loan"). Proceeds of this advance will be used for ongoing construction of the Company's Amulsar Gold Project in Armenia.
