MacDonald Mines expands Wawa-Holdsworth Project: Acquires Contiguous Claims from Sage Gold

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 4, 2017) - MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:BMK) ("MacDonald Mines", the "Company", or "BMK") and Sage Gold Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SGX) ("Sage") announce that they have signed a Letter of Intent for MacDonald Mines to purchase Sage's 100% interest in the Soocana Claims, adjacent to the Holdsworth property, in the Esquega and Corbiere Townships of Northern Ontario (Figure 1).
