Focus arranges shares for services

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 29, 2017) - Focus Ventures Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:FCV) announces that in order to preserve its cash on hand, it has agreed, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, to issue during 2017 up to 1,833,332 shares of the Company to Gordon Tainton in part consideration for his ongoing services as the Company's President, and up to 770,000 shares of the Company to David Cass, former President of the Company, in consideration for his ongoing geological consulting services to the Company.
