As COO, Mr. Kaczmarek will be responsible for all the Company's activities in Armenia, primarily project execution, operational readiness, commissioning, and operations at Lydian's 100% owned Amulsar Gold Project. He will also oversee stakeholder engagement, compliance, and sustainability.
