Resource World Magazine

Resource World Magazine reports on the business of mining, oil & gas, alternative energy and the events that affect these sectors. Resource World Magazine was founded by mining technologist and writer Ellsworth Dickson in the summer of 2002. Mr. Dickson graduated from the Haileybury School of Mines and worked in the field at various mines. Ellsworth moved to the West Coast and found himself a part owner in a community newspaper where he spent 15 years. Mr. Dickson sold his interest in the newspaper and wrote for various publications and spent 10 years as editor for the George Cross Newsletter. Following his passion for writing, Ellsworth merged his writing skills with his knowledge of publishing and mining to form Resource World Magazine. Over the past eight years, Resource World has printed over 100 issues and continues to be a force within the resource sector.
