Belmont Resources Inc. is an emerging resource company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Canada and the United States.
 
Belmont has recently optioned 31 mineral claims, encompassing approximately 7 sq. km, located 24 km northwest of Saint John, New Brunswick: the Mid Corner/Johnson Croft – Zinc, Cobalt prospect.
 
Belmont has also completed the acquisition of 16 placer mineral claims, representing 2,560 acres (1,036.03 ha) encompassing the “Kibby Basin” project situated in the Monte Cristo Valley, Esmeralda County, Nevada approximately 65 km north of the Clayton Valley.  Belmont has also arranged the staking of 213 x 20 acre additional placer mineral claims totaling approximately 4,260 acres (1724 ha) adjoining the 16 Kibby claims, increasing the total Kibby Basin land position to 6820 acres (2,760 ha) of Lithium brine prospects.
 
Belmont owns 12,841 ha of Uranium properties located in the Uranium City region of Northern Saskatchewan.
 
The Company is focused on the development of these projects through joint ventures, whereby Belmont recognizes exploration activity and minimizes cash commitments.
