San Gold Corporation's mining operations are located in the Rice Lake Greenstone Belt, 250 km northeast of Winnipeg in Bissett, Manitoba, Canada. The Rice Lake mine, which has formed the core of mining operations since 1931, now provides an extensive network of workings that extend deep below the surface and accesses a large number of ore bodies. Ore is processed on site at the Company’s wholly owned 2,500 tpd mill. Many new high-grade discoveries have been made recently in mining units located adjacent to and sub-parallel with the project's historic mining unit and that are accessible from existing workings.
