AgriMinco Corp., formerly Ethiopian Potash Corp. (EPC), is a development-stage company. The Company is engaged in the development, exploration and evaluation of mineral properties in Ethiopia. The Company has the right to operate 480 square kilometers of shallow mineralization potash development concessions in the fairway of the Danakil Depression, Ethiopia. The Company has an existing 128 million tons resource at 21% potash.
