Carlin Gold Corporation is a Vancouver-based exploration company focused on Carlin-type gold targets in Nevada and Yukon. The company has three wholly-owned properties in northern Nevada, and is a fifty percent partner in the Carlin-Constantine joint venture which controls a 800 km2 district-scale land position in the emerging new Carlin-type gold district in the Selwyn Basin area of eastern Yukon.
Carlin Gold has recently completed drill programs on Cortez Summit and JDS properties which are located in the Cortez Trend; a trend that contains over +40 million ounces of gold, including Barrick's new Goldrush discovery containing 7 million ounces.
