Belvedere Resources Limited is a Canadian incorporated mining company with a primary focus on gold, nickel, cobalt and copper in Finland.
The company operates the Hitura nickel mine and mill facilities in a sustainable, environmentally responsible and safe manner and produces ~ 5 million pounds of nickel in concentrate annually. The company has a focused strategy to capitilise on their existing infrastructure, experience and personnel to move into gold production, by exploiting a number of satellite gold deposits in close proximity to the Hitura mill. This strategy is aimed at minimising development timelines and capital costs thorough sharing infrastructure with the nickel mine and by focussing on smaller easily developed gold projects.
Outside of their central production area, the company is aiming to quickly build shareholder value , by focusing on growing it's resource base through making new discoveries on grassroots projects and progressing existing projects up the development pipeline. Non-core projects are Joint Ventured out to increase the speed of the development cycle.
