Ted Hastings CEO, Perk.com

Ted Hastings is currently CEO of Perk.com, a mobile rewards and engagement platform.  Perk is a TSX listed company that went public in 2015 with a $25 million fundraise.  Perk has completed four acquisitions since listing in Q3/2015.

Prior to Perk Ted was CEO of Rebellion Media, a digital media company that completed 13 acquisitions in its first two years of operation.

Ted has also served as President of Cyberplex, CEO of Tsavo Media, President of Geosign and CEO of GBG through his 15 years in leadership positions in software and internet companies.   He has completed over 25 acquisitions, raised over $200 million and sold companies for combined proceeds over $100 million.

He was named to Canada's Top 40 Under 40 for 2009.
