International Cobalt Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement Financing

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - April 10, 2017) - International Cobalt Corp. (CSE:CO)(FRANKFURT:42L) (the "Company" or "International Cobalt") is pleased to announce subject to regulatory approval, a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of up to 15,000,000 units (the Units") of the Company at a price of $0.20 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000.00 (the "Offering"). Each Unit will consist of one (1) common share (the "Common Share") and one (1) transferable common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one (1) additional Common Share of the Company at a price of $0.30 for a period of two (2) years from the closing date of the Offering.
