A Canadian company focusing on acquisition, exploration and development of coal projects in Mongolia. The Company is developing its 100% owned flagship asset, the Black Hills thermal coal project located in Middle Gobi near Choir city.
Extensive exploration and engineering work was carried out on Black Hills in the 1960s and 1970s by Russian interests and in 2011, Mogul completed an initial drill program resulting in a new NI 43-101 compliant Inferred Resource estimate totalling 89.6 million tonnes for the Ovdog Hudag coal deposit.
