About
Northcliff Resources Ltd.(NCF:TSX.V) holds a controlling interest in and is the operator of the advanced-stage Sisson Tungsten-Molybdenum Project in New Brunswick and is positioned to become only the second Canadian producer of tungsten. Sisson has excellent potential to be a near-term metal producer, with the capability to meet increasing tungsten demand from North American, European and Asian markets. The Sisson property hosts a large, structurally controlled, intrusion-related tungsten-molybdenum deposit amenable to open pit mining and an ammonium paratungstate (APT) plant will also be constructed at the site adding significant value to the project. In January 2013, Northcliff announced the positive results of the Sisson Project Feasibility Study and in July, 2013 the Company submitted the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report on the Sisson Project to federal and provincial regulatory agencies. On October 3, 2013, Northcliff announced the signing of an investment from the Todd Corporation of New Zealand as a significant financing partner for the Sisson Project. Northcliff is associated with Hunter Dickinson Inc. (HDI), a diversified, global mining group with more than 25 years of mineral development success.
